I know, I know - it's not the holidays yet, but I've been very conflicted about holiday cards this year. So, here's the thing: We celebrate Thanksgiving, Hanukkah, and the New Year. Most of our friends send out Christmas/holiday cards with adorable photos of their babies, doing adorable things, with adorable backdrops. At first, I thought we would send out holiday cards too. I did a fun photo shoot with Maya in the leaves, and thought I'd make them into New Year cards. However, the more I think about it, the more I realize that I'd sort of rather spend the money on something else - like art classes or music classes for my little munchkin. After all, you all see photos of Maya all the time, right? So, here's my decision: No holiday cards this year - but hopefully next year. Does that sound okay? Maya definitely wishes you a happy holiday. Please consider this your holiday card!!!
"This would have been the photo on my holiday card. What do you think? Do I look like I'm wishing you a happy holiday?"
"This thing tastes like plastic. Please feel me chocolate."
"Mommy, you are always pointing this thing at me and flashing a light in my face. What's up with that?"
